Organic Farm NZ Te Anau / Southland Volunteering Volunteer(Know your rights) no experience necessary

Hello

If you are looking for your next host we would love to invite you to Takaro, near Te Anau. We are an organic certified property with large gardens, golf and the lodge. At the moment we are looking for up to 3 boys to help in our gardens (harvesting & processing vegetables for freeze dry), on the farm (collecting manure for compost, cleaning the chickens), in the kitchen & the lodge (cleaning, making order), landscaping – weeding, putting mulch around the gardens, weed eating, wood splitting, wood stacking, fencing etc…

There is variety of jobs that need to be done. The work is 5 hours daily for food & accommodation. Most of the food is organic & home grown + we bake our own bread.

Sometimes we also have some paid work available (not necessary every day though). Minimum stay is 21 days, but we prefer if you can stay longer 4-6 weeks.

If you are interested, please send a short CV (nothing fancy) with your date of birth and your picture. We have space available immediately.

Thanks
Sonch
