Busy commercial contractor looking for the their next Site Manager to keep up with pipeline of work ahead!
Your New Company
This busy main commercial contractor has large pipeline of work ahead and are looking to grow to match the demand. With success in delivering a range of projects across Offices, Medical, Hospitality and Government sectors they are looking to continue building their success.
Your New Role
With the large pipeline of work there is an opportunity for ambitious, confident Site Manager to continue to develop their career within the commercial construction sector. You will be working on a variety of projects throughout the Wellington region from concept through completion.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You will have a proven track record of using a wide range of methods and materials, prefabrication, programming and people management to success delivery construction projects. Key skills include:
Construction knowledge and experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confident leadership and time management.
Preferable skills or experience also include:
A trade background or exposure (preference in Carpentry).
Main commercial contractor experience in New Zealand.
Financial understanding of project life cycle.
