SITE Manager — New Zealand -full time – Relocation package

The client builds projects in the commercial, industrial, residential and rural markets. In addition to commercial construction,
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our client riety of large commercial projects.

The Role:
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for organising all day to day activities on site ensuring our projects are built safely, on time, within budget and to our high standards. The ideal candidate will enjoy job variation, leading others, reporting and come with strong commercial experience.

Responsibilities:
Read and interpret plans, specifications, reports, and resource consents using Microsoft Projects
Lead and manage staff and subcontractors through building team morale, being involved with performance reviews, problem solving and conducting team meetings and tools box talks
