Receptionist – URGENT!

Wild Zebra Backpackers Downtown / Wellington Hospitality / Service Accommodation + Pay(Know your rights) Not needed - Training on the job

Wild Zebra Backpackers is a hostel under new ownership where the premise has been recently renovated to best accommodate visitors. The hostel located near Courtney Place, Central Wellington in the heart of the entertainment district.

We need someone energetic, organised and proactive receptionist, if you have professional experience as a receptionist, you could be the person we are looking for. The right person will have to be excellent with people and ensure they enjoy their stay at our hostel.

The responsibilities for this role include:
– Checking in and out guest & taking their payments
– Manage rooms
– Assist our clients with tourism guidelines
– Responding to social media messages and keeping it updated with pictures and post of all the fun things we do.

The position includes a small private room for you to stay within the hostel and a salary (to be discussed).
