Quantity Surveyor

SVR Power Ltd Nationwide Construction / Trades Paid position(Know your rights)

Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

Measure quantities and price labour, materials, plant and subcontractors to establish estimates, costings, planning, programming and design and construction management for key clients where required

Contribute to the compilation and submission of tenders and carry out thorough cost analysis in post tender stage

Carryout contract administration

Control job costs (monthly reports) and accurate monthly claims to client and subcontract payment and reconciliations

Selection Criteria:

Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to read, interpret and develop statistical reports and calculations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Microsoft Office suite – moderate level (including M/S Project)
