New Zealand Jobs
Production Staff / Event Workers / Labour HelpIntents Events Mt Wellington / Auckland Event Paid position(Know your rights) 18.05 Driver's licence and prior event experience preferred, but not necessary
Team Intents Events (Team IE), based in handy Mt Wellington, Auckland (not far from the Panmure train station), are looking for full-time, part-time and casual event workers!!
It is essential that you are physically fit and strong as you will be assisting in the construction of a wide range of specialist event infrastructure at a number of major events across NZ. Think setting up structures like marquees/truss structures, and setting up fit outs for events.
Experience in events, construction, rigging, and manual labour are favourable but NOT essential for the right person.
Instead, the right person will be handy with tools such as drills, impact drivers (don’t worry, you don’t need to be a builder, just a basic knowledge is fine and an ability to learn quickly), enthusiastic, reliable, and available for flexible hours including some weekends/late nights and travel from time to time. Most importantly, we value a ‘can do’ attitude, positivity, proactivity and an ability to learn quickly on the job. A full ‘clean’ drivers license is preferred.
So why not make your working holiday in NZ fruitful? Come and work in a talented team where you’ll pick up some awesome DIY skills that will boost your CV and make you very hireable – wherever you travel!
Check out our website on www.intentsevents.co.nz and Facebook images for examples of the types of event work we do .
If you are interested, contact Vanessa Alcorn, HR Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 021781140. If you aren’t sure if you meet our requirements, why not get in touch with us anyway and we can discuss further!?!
