Office Administrator Needed

We are a scientific engineering services and manufacturing company located in Auckland City that specializes in seismology, geophysics and earth sciences. Currently, our professional team is looking for an office administrator to take control of our administration system.

The role will include:
– Administration support to the whole team
– Accounts Receivable / Payable
– Cash flow reporting & budgeting
– Bank Reconciliations using XERO
– Reception
– Liaising with suppliers

To apply, you must demonstrate:
– Relevant administrative and customer service experience
– The ability to support and implement new systems and processes
– A high level of attention to detail
– Proficient computer skills
– The ability to multi-task
– Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– A valid WORK VISA
