The role of the ICT Customer Support and Sales Representative is to increase the sales of telecommunication products and services within the residential consumer market by demonstrating a sound knowledge and understanding of the available products and services. The role requires technical expertise and the ability to convert customer requirements to technical specifications to provide support to the sales manager on sales statistics including work flow management and figures to help demonstrate sales and customer support activity.
