We are seeking a Head Chef with a passion for food and proven hospitality experience to support our Food & Beverage Manager and manage the day to day kitchen operations.
Key requirements for the successful candidate:
Experienced working in a busy and fast paced environment
Have a high standard of cookery & food presentation
Ability to work well under pressure and at speed whilst maintaining high standards
Have very high food safety & kitchen hygiene standards
Great interpersonal skills and loves working with a variety of people from different cultures
Professional and approachable
Ability to have a good laugh but also able to motivate other crew members
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
