Handyman to help fit out Campervans

Eds Campervans Shelly Park / Auckland Construction / Trades Paid position(Know your rights) $17 to $20 an hour depending on experience Confidence and experience using tools, a can-do attitude

Ed’s Campervans is one of Auckland’s leading suppliers of Self-Contained vans to travellers to New Zealand. This will be Edgar’s 12th season of selling vehicles which include station wagons, cars and occasionally a 4WD.

Edgar needs a handyman/carpenter to help prepare vehicles for this coming season.

Tasks will include:

– Removing seats in the back of vehicles
– Building and fitting in bed bases and storage
– Fitting curtains
– Cleaning vehicles
– Driving vehicles to be serviced or repaired

Edgar will provide training but needs someone that:
– Uses their initiative,
– Can work independently
– Is flexible from day to day to help where is needed

Work is available starting as soon as possible and is likely to continue through to October/November.

He needs someone who is able to commit to the season.

Pay rate is $17 to $20 depending on your skillset and experience.

You can also get use of a vehicle.

Accommodation can be provided on site for $175 a week. This is located in a lovely semi rural setting in East Auckland, close to local beaches.
