Frontdesk nightman or couple

pacific coast lodge Mount Maunganui / Bay of Plenty Hospitality / Service Accommodation + Pay(Know your rights) $15 experience in front desk and working in a backpackers

Pacific Coast Lodge Backpackers is owner operated, we are an award winning very busy 100 bed hostel in the best beach town in NZ. Mount Maunganui is where kiwis like to spend their summer holidays, the white sandy beach, relaxed atmosphere and hot weather makes it an ideal place to base yourself for a while and save money.

We are needing either a couple or a nightman to join our team. The role is approx 30 hours front desk and 5 night warden nights. (If a couple one person can work for their accommodation). We are looking for someone who has experience in working in a hostel, who has an eye for detail, has great customer service, has a fun personality and is wanting to be part of an amazing team.You must be able to control guests at night, be assertive and enforce the rules. 

The position is available for training mid to late January, we need at least 3 months commitment. You must have a work visa and speak great english.
