Hawker & Roll is landing in Tauranga Crossing & we are looking for skilful, genuine, generous and adventurous Front of House & Duty Managers to join this fun new team & start their career with us!

Hawker & Roll serves up the best bold flavoured Malaysian Inspired street food in a fun, fast casual setting!

With three buzzing sites already in New Zealand we are surprised you haven’t already heard of us – Hawker & Roll is part of Go To Collection – an exciting NZ Hospitality group that exists to share real food experiences – so good that people make them their go to!

The Roles:
Duty Managers:
You will help lead our team of fun & fresh Hawker Helpers with your ability to not only make every guest have the best possible experience, but by leading from the front and motivating and coaching your awesome team!


Hold a valid Managers Certification
Have a minimum of 1 year’s work experience in a similar fast paced work environment
Have a positive vibe to lead your tribe!
Love leading from the front & getting stuck in!

Front of House:
Our front of house team members are the ones who bring our venue to life, you are the face of our brand- so we’ll teach you how to serve this delicious food and dazzle guests with your fun personality, efficiency and detailed product knowledge.


Have a fun, sociable, energetic and savvy personality and be full of positive can-do vibes!
A drive to keep learning and adapting to make sure you know everything about our Malaysian inspired menu!
Love for keeping busy and getting stuck in!
Are customer obsessed & love smashing your sales targets so your team win rewards!
