Festival Volunteer

Bread & Circus World Buskers Festival Christchurch / Canterbury Event Volunteer(Know your rights) No experience necessary

Volunteering with Bread & Circus World Buskers Festival will not only get you amongst the community, it will provide a platform to develop existing skills knowledge and experience in the events and arts industry, make new friends and partnerships, give you industry networking experience, a sense of accomplishment and of course a whole lot of fun!

We are looking for volunteers who can contribute to the atmosphere and keep our Festival visitors happy and safe, whilst also enabling them to enjoy their visit. If you are reliable, personable, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude we would like to hear from you!

Shifts will vary in length from 3.5 -5 hours, roles and responsibilities of Bread & Circus Volunteers include:

Front of House
Box Office
Festival Administration
Production / Technical Support
Meeting & Greeting Artist Liaison

We ask that our Volunteers:

* Be available to attend a compulsory training evening on Monday 7th January, 5.30pm – 8.30pm
* Be available for a minimum of 6 shifts across the 25 day festival period from the 10th January – 3rd February 2019
