FABRICATOR
NEW ZEALAND

What the role entails:
Reporting to the Fabrication Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for fabrication and welding of quality manufactured products.

Applicants for this position will need to demonstrate past experience, preferably a minimum 5 years, in the heavy transport/ engineering industry. This is an opportunity to bring together all your experience, skills and talents to take on the challenge and create a future with a long standing and successful company.

To be considered you will have:
Proven competence in heavy fabrication and welding in heavy transport, or related, industries.
Hold, or have held, a NZS/AS 2980 Welding Certificate in SMAW, FCAW or MCAW.
Ideally completed a trade qualification in heavy fabrication.
High quality standards
The working week is Monday to Friday, 8 to 10 hours per day with opportunity to work Saturdays as required.
