CSR Call Centre RepresentativeWicked Campers Chrsitchurch / Canterbury Office work Paid position(Know your rights) Some Experience Required
We are on the hunt for awesome customer service people to join our call centre in Christchurch.
We are an inbound/outbound call centre, so you will be receiving incoming calls mostly and also making some outbound follow up calls.
This role will also include replying to emails, online/WhatsApp chats and web enquires to help our customers book unforgettable holidays of a lifetime.
We truly believe in the customer experience, so our call centre staff will need to be able to speak one (or two if your awesome) of the following languages: CHINESE, KOREAN, or PORTUGUESE
So what will you do?
Manage the processing of vehicle rental bookings
Sell vehicle rentals to customers over the phone
Convert email and phone enquiries into confirmed bookings
Sell our add-on products to customers wherever possible
Suggest and sell alternative rental options to customers where applicable
Identify and cross-selling additional products and services
Translate our website and create travel blogs
To be successful in this role you’ll need to show:
customer service/contact centre or sales experience
the ability to speak a second language fluently (English, Chinese, Korean or Portuguese)
experience within the travel/tourism industry (desired but not essential)
strong written and computer skills with attention to detail
the ability to upsell
destination knowledge of New Zealand and Australia (desired)
being honest, fun, friendly and a team player
awesome sense of humour and easily Unoffended
Must be able to work for minimum of 5-6 months
