We have an opportunity for backpackers (suitable for 2 persons – couple or friends) to come and stay and do some working for accommodation in Clevedon, East Auckland countryside this summer season on a small farm. 4 hours per day in exchange for accommodation. Cabin available from now. Work involves some gardening, weed removal, window cleaning and firewood collecting.  Accommodation is a self-contained log cabin with kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave) , utensils and separate bedroom with en suite bathroom, Also sunny verandah and tv/dvd player with some dvd’s. Wifi available too. We have had backpackers before that have thoroughly enjoyed our property and cabin with its mix of forest, grass paddocks and sweeping wide vistas with large gardens and views of the countryside for many kilometres and the city skyline as far as the skytower.
