We are looking for an au pair to join us in May/June 2015, ideally for up to a year, but through to Christmas 2015 is OK too.
We’re looking for someone who is happy to live in the countryside, although an au pair can also have a part-time city lifestyle by commuting with us to Auckland or Hamilton. You’ll be in our local village twice a day when you do the school run, so can go to the gym, meet one of the other au pairs for coffee, or grab some books at the library.
We provide two vehicles – a car and a van, to ensure that the person can transport themselves safely to our local village and to after school activities.
The Au Pair’s role is to be a responsible big brother or sister, as we have a small, time-consuming businesses.
With one 8-y-o to chase around, this can either be a 30 hours/week role or if you would like to help out with housework, it can be a 45 hours/week role.
Either way, you can finish early on Fridays, and your weekends are free to travel or socialise.
