We have been BUZZed and looking for a talented Asian Cuisine Chef competent on the Wok, Dim Sum and hot sections with the desire and hunger to serve the best Asian fusion in town. The Executive Chef is looking for career chefs (not those just looking for a job) to join the brigade and cook up a storm. If you’re a master of the Chinese Cuisine give us a BUZZ!

The position requires someone who can consistently deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience. You will need to be a driven, dynamic and a master of Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese Cuisine – running a seamless service. You would be a culinary professional with drive and passion who has been exposed to high volume, quality Chinese cuisine. The successful candidate must thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle 300+ covers on a daily basis.

Job Requirements:
7+ years post trade in a la carte restaurants
Strong leadership skills
Traditional Chinese cooking techniques
Strong command of English
Willingness and ability to teach junior chefs
